Feed post Dhanush R • 3rd+ IT Recruiter | Talent Acquisition Specialist | Technical Recruiter | HR Recruiter 6h • Follow 🚨 Hiring: SAP Payroll Consultant | Work From Home | 6-Month Contract We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant to join our team on a Work From Home opportunity. 📌 Role: SAP Payroll Consultant 🏠 Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home ⏳ Contract: 6 months + possible extension based on performance 💼 Experience: Min8+ years of SAP Payroll experience 🔑 Key Skills Required: • Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll • SAP International Payroll Template • Payroll Schemas & PCR development/troubleshooting • Wage Type configuration • Retroactive Accounting • Payroll Posting & Finance Reconciliation • Statutory Payroll Compliance • Payroll Testing – SIT, UAT & Parallel Payroll Runs • Global / Multi-country Payroll implementation experience • Payroll integrations and downstream interfaces 🎯 Responsibilities: • Lead payroll design workshops and solution discussions • Analyze and optimize payroll processes, schemas, PCRs, wage types and rules • Support payroll consolidation and standardization • Coordinate SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll Runs and deployment validation • Support payroll reconciliation and defect resolution • Work closely with HR, Finance, IT and vendor teams • Support knowledge transfer and transition activities #Preferred: Experience in global organizations, mining/manufacturing, SuccessFactors Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll, and multi-country payroll environments. 📩 Interested candidates: Please share your updated CV at dhanush@kgisl.com or DM me.
