Commitment: 8 hours per day. Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in SAP Payroll, particularly UAE Payroll, legislation and compliance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in payroll configuration, processing, troubleshooting and SAP ABAP payroll enhancements. Must-Have Skills: SAP HCM; SAP Payroll; UAE Payroll (Mandatory); UAE Payroll Legislation and Compliance; Payroll Configuration and Processing; Payroll Schemas and PCRs; Wage Types and Payroll Functions; Payroll Troubleshooting and Support; SAP ABAP Payroll Enhancements. Important Requirements: UAE Payroll experience is mandatory; candidates must have excellent communication skills (average communication will not be sufficient); dual employment is permitted provided you are fully available during assigned working hours and reachable for meetings or calls whenever required; candidates must be available for a full-time commitment of 8 hours per day.
