SAP HCM Payroll Consultant – UK & Ireland - Freelance - 6 Months + - Remote. We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to support a major international SAP transformation programme. The consultant will focus specifically on UK & Ireland Payroll, providing strong functional expertise across payroll configuration, statutory requirements, testing and implementation/support activities. Key requirements: Strong hands-on SAP HCM or ECP Payroll Consultant experience. Deep knowledge of UK Payroll (Irish PY - Nice to have). Payroll configuration and troubleshooting. Knowledge of Rules, Schemas, Wagetypes, Infotypes etc. Experience supporting payroll testing, data validation and cutover. Ability to work directly with HR/payroll stakeholders. Experience within large international SAP environments. Strong English communication skills. Freelance / contract engagement. Project: Major international SAP transformation.
