ASOFT Consulting is hiring an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Consultant with strong German Payroll localization expertise for a remote contract opportunity. Languages: German and English. Availability: Immediate or short-notice preferred. Must-Have Skills: Extensive hands-on experience in SAP HCM Payroll; strong knowledge of German payroll legislation and statutory compliance; expertise in German SAP Payroll localization and country-specific configuration; wage type creation, configuration and maintenance; hands-on experience creating and modifying PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) and payroll schemas; gross-to-net payroll processing, troubleshooting and issue resolution; ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll configuration and calculation issues; professional proficiency in German and English.
