Key Skills: Lead end-to-end functional and technical requirements delivery for the ADP GlobalView payroll implementation in the US and Canada; partner closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, and HRIS teams to capture detailed payroll, technical, and integration requirements; translate business and payroll needs into clear, structured functional and technical specifications suitable for vendor configuration and development; review, interpret, and validate technical design documents, integration specs, and configuration artifacts produced by the vendor.
