Must-Have Skills: SAP HR/HCM Payroll (PY), Payroll Schemas – X000 & country-specific schemas, PCRs – Personnel Calculation Rules, Wage Type configuration & processing, Payroll InfoTypes – IT0008/IT0014/IT0015/IT0169, End-to-end payroll processing, Regular/off-cycle & bonus payroll runs, Payroll validation and reconciliation, Country-specific payroll experience – US/India/EMEA, Strong ABAP technical knowledge.
