Luxewood India is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive – Sales Monitoring & Audit. This is a monitoring, coordination & accountability-driven role. Responsibilities: monitor & audit all official sales/client communication groups, ensure every client query receives a timely response, identify unanswered queries, delayed responses & pending follow-ups, track pending actions until closure, coordinate internally with Sales, Operations, Dispatch, Accounts & other departments, maintain daily/weekly monitoring reports & MIS.
