Location: Pune Experience: 2–5 Years Work Allocation: 80% Sales & Business Growth | 20% Administration We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who can take ownership of lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, and team performance. Sales & Business Growth – 80%: - Develop strategies to generate qualified leads - Identify new customer acquisition channels and opportunities - Manage the complete sales funnel: Lead → Follow-up → Conversion → Customer - Develop sales pitches, scripts, and follow-up strategies - Handle key sales conversations and drive closures - Set and monitor sales targets and conversion goals - Track leads, follow-ups, and overall sales performance - Train and manage the sales team to improve conversions - Analyse sales data and continuously improve the sales process Marketing Strategy: - Develop marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals - Coordinate with the marketing team for timely execution - Identify effective platforms and campaigns for lead generation - Monitor lead quality and campaign performance - Ensure marketing activities directly support sales objectives Administration – 20%: - Maintain sales and marketing reports - Track team performance and targets - Maintain CRM and lead databases - Coordinate meetings, reviews, and internal follow-ups - Ensure agreed strategies are effectively implemented by the team Key Performance Metrics: Lead Generation | Conversion Rate | Revenue | Customer Acquisition | Sales Team Performance | Marketing ROI The ideal candidate should not just manage sales — they should build a predictable system for generating leads and converting them into customers.
