RADON India is hiring a Sales Head – State Business for Jaipur, Rajasthan. Industry: Home Improvement / Building Materials / Construction Products Experience: 10+ Years We are looking for a senior sales leader to own the complete state-level business, driving revenue, market expansion, channel development and team performance. Key Responsibilities: - Own state-level revenue, growth and profitability - Build and execute annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans - Drive business across Architects & Interior Designers, Builders & Developers, Distributors, Dealers/Retailers and Project/Institutional Sales - Expand dealer/distributor network and enter new markets - Lead, mentor and manage the state sales team - Own sales forecasting, pipeline, primary & secondary sales and collections - Track market trends, competition, pricing and business opportunities - Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Product teams to drive execution What We're Looking For: - 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in Building Materials / Home Improvement - Proven experience independently managing a state or large territory - Strong exposure to multiple sales channels, not just one - Experience with Architects, Builders, Dealers & Distributors - Background in Tiles, Bathware, Sanitaryware, Plywood, Paints, Laminates, Flooring, Modular Kitchens or allied categories preferred - Proven track record of building teams, channels and revenue - Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-management skills - Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan The Ideal Candidate: Someone who has already owned a state-level business, managed a diverse sales ecosystem and delivered measurable revenue growth.
