Stefan Conic is hiring for a Sales Development & Executive Outreach Manager. Remote — LATAM only. $2,500–$3,000 USD/month base. OTE: approximately $48,000 USD/year. Full-time contractor. This is not a traditional SDR role. You’ll work directly with the CEO and Chief Strategy Officer, helping turn executive relationships, warm introductions, referral partners, inbound leads, and targeted accounts into qualified business opportunities. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of relevant professional experience, Executive-level spoken and written English, Experience supporting CEOs, founders, or senior executives, Strong outbound sales, business development, appointment-setting, or executive outreach experience, Experience with Salesforce and Apollo.io.
