Mercor is looking for experienced HR professionals who are native or fluent in Mandarin Chinese to help train and evaluate AI agents using real-world Human Resources scenarios. Remote Opportunity | $60/Hour | Approximately 21 Hours/Week. Key Responsibilities: create realistic HR workspaces and professional documents; develop prompts based on real-world HR practices; build grading rubrics to evaluate AI-generated responses; apply expertise in Chinese HR regulations and payroll practices. Requirements: 5+ years of HR experience in business partnering, employee relations, compensation or talent management; native or fluent Mandarin Chinese; degree from a top-20 university in mainland China; knowledge of PRC Labor Contract Law, social insurance, housing provident fund and Chinese payroll practices.
