What You'll Do: Maintain and reconcile financial records and accounts; ensure compliance with Australian taxation requirements; prepare and manage GST, BAS and PAYG obligations; work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders; provide accurate financial data to support business decision-making; identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency. What We're Looking For: Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines; 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally supporting Australian businesses; strong understanding of Australian accounting standards and tax compliance; proficiency in Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar accounting software; Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail; excellent communication and client relationship management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines; BAS Agent Certification is a plus but not required.
