EZY Group of Companies is hiring an Assistant Manager - Receivables & Invoicing for its Finance & Accounts department. Location: Karachi. Job Purpose: To manage invoicing and accounts receivable operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, compliance with company policies and effective team supervision. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review and issue customer invoices in line with approved terms and supporting documents; ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes and payment terms before invoice issuance; monitor accounts receivable and follow up for timely recovery of outstanding dues; escalate overdue or disputed balances to management; process credit notes, debit notes and adjustments with proper approvals; perform customer ledger reconciliations and support month-end closing activities; prepare AR aging and collection status reports; ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards and local tax regulations; support internal and external audits; supervise an invoicing and sales team. Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Accounting/Finance; 5–7 years of relevant experience in invoicing or accounts receivable. Skills: Knowledge of invoicing and receivables processes; understanding of local tax requirements; ERP and MS Excel proficiency; strong coordination and follow-up skills; detail oriented and compliance focused.
