Hiring: Project Manager - Workday & Payroll Transformation. Location: Remote (Based in Nashville, TN). Duration: 6 Months Contract. Mode: 100% Remote. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Workday, HRIS, and Payroll transformation initiatives. Key Requirements: Proven track record managing Workday (Payroll, HCM, Benefits, Time Tracking, Recruiting) and/or Payroll system implementations/transformations. Strong background leading large, cross-functional HR technology deployments, upgrades, or migrations. Hands-on experience with project planning, budgets, resource allocation, and RAID management. Experience managing executive reporting, steering committees, and third-party implementation vendors. Familiarity with additional platforms like ADP, UKG, Oracle, or SuccessFactors is a plus. PMP / Agile / Scrum certification preferred.
