We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager for one of our clients. Location: Langley, BC (Hybrid). Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: CAD $60,000–$80,000 per year. Key Responsibilities: Oversee accounting and bookkeeping delivery for 30–50 small-business clients. Lead and support a remote team of 8–12 bookkeepers. Manage client relationships, communication, and overall service delivery. Oversee bookkeeping, AP/AR, sales tax, reporting, and month-end close. Ensure quality standards, SOPs, and processes are consistently followed. Support client onboarding and accounting technology implementation. Handle standard CRA/IRS review matters and compliance activities. Progress toward broader Fractional Controller/CFO responsibilities as the practice grows. Qualifications: CPA or equivalent. 2+ years of public-practice accounting experience. At least 1 year of experience in Canada. 2+ years of QBO/Xero experience. Canada/U.S. payroll and tax compliance experience. CRA Representative Account experience and ability to handle standard CRA/IRS reviews independently. Experience managing 3+ full-time team members. Experience independently managing month-end close for 10+ entities. Strong client-facing, communication, and leadership skills. eCommerce accounting experience with Amazon, Shopify, A2X, inventory, or COGS is strongly preferred.
