We're Hiring | Performance Marketing Executive. Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai. Experience: 2–3 Years. Preferred Industry: D2C | E-commerce | Fashion | Retail. Powerlook is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid campaigns and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. What you'll be doing: Manage Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns, Optimize campaigns for ROAS/CPA/CAC & conversions, Manage budgets and campaign spends, Conduct A/B testing of creatives/audiences & landing pages, Handle retargeting/remarketing campaigns, Track performance using GA4/GTM & conversion tracking, Prepare performance reports and actionable insights, Collaborate with Creative/Marketing & E-commerce teams. What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads, Strong analytical & data-driven approach, Good knowledge of e-commerce funnels and performance metrics, Proficiency in Excel, D2C/E-commerce/Fashion experience preferred.
