The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll, experience in designing and implementing payroll solutions, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. 📌 Key Responsibilities Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HCM and Payroll applications. Configure and maintain PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits modules based on business requirements. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective PeopleSoft solutions. Develop and maintain PeopleSoft configurations, processes, and business rules. Work on PeopleSoft integrations with internal and external systems. Develop and execute SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. Develop and maintain Application Engine programs and SQR reports/processes. Prepare detailed design documents and technical/functional documentation. Create comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios. Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing. ⭐ Candidate Requirements 8+ years of PeopleSoft experience with strong expertise in HCM and Payroll. Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Payroll and Benefits. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with business and technical teams. Very excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
