About the Role: We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Consultant with 8+ years of expertise in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, Payroll & Benefits, and global payroll processes. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in EMEA & APAC Payroll, PeopleSoft configuration, integrations, SQL, Application Engine, SQR, functional documentation, testing, and stakeholder coordination. Must-Have Skills: PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, PeopleSoft Payroll & Benefits, EMEA & APAC Payroll, PeopleSoft Configuration, Vendor / System Integrations, SQL, Application Engine, SQR, Functional Design Documents, Test Scripts & Test Plans, Vendor / Developer / User Coordination. Important Notes: Candidate must have very excellent communication skills. Average communication wouldn't work. Dual Employment permitted, provided you are fully available during assigned work hours. Full-Time Commitment: 8 hours per day is required.
