We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in India Payroll & Absence Management to lead end-to-end HCM implementations. Key Skills: PeopleSoft HCM – Core HR, PeopleSoft India Payroll & Global Payroll, Absence Management, Indian Statutory Compliance – TDS/PF/ESI/PT/LWF/Gratuity, End-to-End Implementation Lifecycle, Fit-Gap Analysis & Solution Design, Functional Documentation & Requirements, Unit Testing/SIT/UAT & Parallel Payroll, Data Validation & Defect Resolution, Integrations/Reports/Interfaces & Data Migration, Stakeholder Management & Workshops, Post-Go-Live Support & Process Optimization, PeopleSoft PUM Images/Updates. Must Have: 8+ years PeopleSoft HCM Functional experience, 2+ complete PeopleSoft HCM lifecycle implementations, Strong hands-on India Payroll + Absence Management, Excellent stakeholder management & communication.
