Experience: 8+ Years Work Mode: Remote Key Skills: - PeopleSoft HCM / HRMS - India Payroll & Global Payroll - Absence Management - Core HR - Indian Payroll Statutory Compliance – TDS, PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity - End-to-end PeopleSoft HCM Implementation - Fit-Gap Analysis & Functional Design - SIT, UAT & Parallel Payroll Testing - Integrations, Reports & Data Migration - Stakeholder Management Role Highlights: - Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM implementation lifecycle - Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management & India Payroll - Drive payroll compliance and statutory requirements - Conduct workshops and fit-gap analysis - Prepare functional specifications and test scenarios - Coordinate with technical teams on integrations and data migration - Provide testing and post-go-live support Must Have: - 2+ end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM implementations - Strong hands-on India Payroll + Absence Management experience - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via email.
