The Select Group is hiring an HR professional to join their team and support employee relations, leave administration, workplace accommodations, and HR compliance. This role partners closely with employees, leaders, Legal, Payroll, and other stakeholders. We’re looking for someone with: 2+ years of HR experience, with exposure to employee relations, leave administration, and workplace accommodations, Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFL, USERRA, and applicable state employment laws, Strong communication, organization, and case management skills. Raleigh, NC - Hybrid role; 1 day per week onsite at our HQ.
