Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive – Payroll & Statutory Compliance in the Finance & Accounts Department. Location: Delhi/Pitampura Experience: 2-5 Years CTC: ₹2-5 LPA (Final compensation will depend on interview performance, experience and skills) Department: Finance & Accounts Key Responsibilities: - Payroll Processing – Manage monthly payroll processing with accuracy and ensure timely salary-related activities - Statutory Compliance – Ensure timely compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT and LWF - Minimum Wage Compliance – Review payroll calculations and ensure compliance with applicable minimum wage requirements - New Wage Code Compliance – Support compliance with applicable provisions of the New Wage Code / Labour Codes - PF & ESIC – Prepare calculations, schedules, challans, returns and supporting documents - State-wise PT & LWF – Handle state-wise calculations, schedules, payments and documentation - Reconciliation – Reconcile statutory dues, liabilities and deposits and identify discrepancies - Ledger Scrutiny – Review payroll and statutory-related ledger entries, provisions and payments - MIS & Excel – Prepare detailed MIS, reconciliation statements and compliance reports using MS Excel What We're Looking For: - 2–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts / Payroll / Statutory Compliance - Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT & LWF - Understanding of Minimum Wages & Labour Compliance - Good knowledge of Payroll Accounting & Reconciliation - Strong MS Excel skills - Good understanding of Ledger Scrutiny - Strong numerical and analytical skills - High attention to detail and accuracy Send your CV via email or contact the number provided.
