We are hiring an experienced Payroll Manager to build and lead our payroll function from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage payroll across employees, contractors and players, while navigating the complexities of salary packaging, FBT, superannuation, awards and NRL salary cap-related payments. You will play a critical role in implementing a new payroll system, establishing robust processes and controls, and helping create a best-practice function for one of Australia newest professional sporting clubs. Full-time preferred; part-time or reduced hours arrangements considered. Unique opportunity to shape a function from day one.
