WE'RE HIRING | Payroll Functional Consultant. Are you an experienced SAP SuccessFactors professional with strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central & Employee Central Payroll (ECP)? We're looking for a skilled consultant to join a dynamic team and work on global HR transformation, implementation, and continuous improvement projects. Position: Payroll Functional Consultant. Location: India. Experience: Relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP. Notice Period: Maximum 1 Month. Work Mode: As per project requirement. Key Responsibilities: Lead/support SAP SuccessFactors EC & ECP implementations, Gather and validate business requirements, Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and functional design, Configure SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements, Work closely with business/technical/development and integration teams, Handle PCRs/Payroll Schemas/Replication configuration & analysis, Participate in SIT/UAT/defect management and deployment, Support data conversion/cutover and post-go-live activities, Conduct workshops/demos/walkthroughs and knowledge transfer, Provide application support and continuous improvement, Manage stakeholder relationships across global teams. Must-Have Skills: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP), 3+ SuccessFactors implementations, ECP Lead / Functional Consultant experience, Payroll Schemas & Personnel Calculation Rules (PCR), Replication configuration/logging & analysis, Requirements gathering & Fit-Gap Analysis, UAT/SIT/Testing/Deployment, Strong HR/HCM process knowledge, ServiceNow HRSD/Employee Center knowledge, ABAP development skills, Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
