Payroll Advisor is hiring a Payroll Executive (Work From Home – India). Experience: 0–2 Years (freshers welcome). What you'll do: support monthly payroll processing; work on attendance, leave, overtime and salary calculations; prepare salary sheets, payslips and payroll reports; assist with PF, ESIC, PT, LWF and TDS compliance; maintain employee payroll records; coordinate with clients for payroll inputs and queries. What we're looking for: graduate in Commerce, Finance, HR or related field; basic understanding of Indian payroll and compliance; good Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF formulas and Pivot Tables); good communication and attention to detail; someone responsible, eager to learn and comfortable working remotely.
