Responsibilities: manage end-to-end payroll processing; handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS and statutory compliances; manage labour registrations and related documentation; maintain payroll and employee records; prepare payroll reports and statutory returns; ensure compliance with applicable labour laws; resolve payroll-related employee/employer queries; support audits and compliance documentation. Requirements: 3+ years of relevant experience; strong knowledge of payroll, labour registrations and statutory compliance; good Excel and payroll software skills; strong attention to detail and accuracy.
