Urgent Hiring for Payroll & Compliance Executive, Prabhadevi Mumbai. Location: Prabhadevi (Walking 15 mins from Prabhadevi Station). Experience: 2 to 5 Years. Department: Human Resources. Salary: upto 45k. We are looking for an HR professional to handle end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance and HR operations. Key Responsibilities: handle monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, incentives and Full & Final settlements; verify attendance, leave, overtime and other payroll inputs; manage statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS and related filings; maintain employee master data, payroll records, statutory documents and HR MIS; coordinate with Finance, auditors, consultants and statutory authorities; handle employee payroll queries and ensure timely resolution. Required Skills: strong knowledge of payroll and statutory compliance, PF/ESIC/PT/LWF/TDS, MS Excel and HRMS/payroll software; strong attention to detail and confidentiality required.
