Hiring: Payroll Analyst | Multi-Country Payroll. We are looking for an experienced Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations and compliance across India, Philippines, South Korea, and Luxembourg. Location: Pune. Experience: 6-8 years in multi-country payroll. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, Validate payroll inputs/calculations/deductions/bonuses/incentives/overtime/retro adjustments and terminations, Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursement, Manage statutory compliance/filings/reporting and audits, Partner with HR/Finance/Tax and external payroll vendors, Handle employee payroll queries and support payroll-related issue resolution, Support payroll system implementations/upgrades and process improvements. Country-Specific Expertise: India: TDS/PF/ESI/Professional Tax/LWF/tax declarations & year-end reporting, Philippines: Withholding Tax/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG/13th Month Pay & BIR Form 2316, Luxembourg: Wage Tax/CCSS/pension & health insurance deductions/tax cards & year-end reporting, South Korea: Income Tax/NPS/NHI/Employment Insurance/severance calculations & year-end tax settlement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/HR or related field, 6+ years of hands-on multi-country payroll experience, Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory compliance, Experience with global payroll vendors and systems such as ADP Celergo/ADP eTime/ADP GMV and Oracle HCM, Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Excellent reconciliation/analytical/communication and stakeholder-management skills, Experience with payroll audits/implementations/SOX controls or payroll governance is a plus.
