A Dubai-based organisation is hiring a Payroll Accountant / Payroll Officer. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with solid payroll and accounting experience, strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations, and a good understanding of UAE WPS and payroll practices. Responsibilities include attendance, overtime, deductions, leave salary and final settlement calculations; applying UAE Labour Law as it relates to payroll; maintaining accuracy and confidentiality; and coordinating with internal teams. Requirements: good experience in Payroll & Accounting; strong knowledge of payroll processing and salary calculations; understanding of UAE WPS and payroll practices; knowledge of UAE Labour Law related to payroll; proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/accounting software; strong attention to accuracy and confidentiality; good communication and coordination skills.
