Great Goose Logistics is hiring a Part-Time Bookkeeper — Transportation & Logistics. Independent contractor, approximately 10–12 hours per week. $28–$35 CAD/hour, depending on experience, plus applicable HST. Remote: must be based in Waterloo Region or Brant County. Flexible schedule during normal business hours; occasional local meetings. Start ASAP. We are looking for someone experienced enough to own day-to-day bookkeeping: AP/AR, customer and carrier invoices, collections follow-up, bank and credit-card reconciliations, GST/HST bookkeeping, month-end close and financial reporting. We use QuickBooks Online and Avaal Technology AFM. Freight brokerage, 3PL, trucking or logistics experience is a strong asset, along with CAD/USD and TMS-to-accounting reconciliation experience. Strong QuickBooks Online skills and at least three years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience are required. Just as important: you can explain the numbers clearly to a business owner, identify discrepancies and provide a useful monthly financial review. Corporate year-end/T2 experience is a bonus, but not required; our corporate accountant can handle year-end tax. Interested?
