Here is an opportunity worth a closer look. We are looking for Package Consultant - SAP HR Comp & Payroll specialist - apply now @ DTCInfotech! Experience: 6-8 years of experience. Required skills: Strong understanding of SAP HCM Architecture including Organizational Management (OM) and Personnel Administration (PA), Proficient in US Payroll processing with a clear understanding of the Gross-to-Net calculation process, Experience in Wage Type configuration and enhancements, Good knowledge of US Payroll Schemas and Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Solid understanding of US taxation including Federal/State/Local taxes, Experience in US tax models and tax authority configuration, Hands-on experience with Year-End and Legal Reporting including W-2/W-3 forms and Tax Reporter (PU19). Primary Location: Bangalore.
