We're Hiring | Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Accounts Payable Specialist | Gurugram. Are you an experienced finance professional with expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable? We're looking for a skilled individual to join our team in Gurugram. Location: Gurugram. Experience: 6+ Years. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounts Payable processes, Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure timely payments, Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies, Ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and company financial policies, Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve payment-related issues, Maintain accurate financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities, Generate reports and perform data analysis using MS Excel, Prepare presentations and reports using PowerPoint for management reviews, Support audit activities and ensure adherence to internal controls. Required Skills: Strong experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and Accounts Payable, Good knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Hands-on experience with SAP and Ariba, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
