We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Support professional for a remote freelance opportunity, primarily supporting Oracle Payroll, HR, Recruiting, Talent, and end users. Role: Oracle HCM Functional Support – Tier 1. Experience: 7+ Years. Relevant Experience: 6+ Years. Opportunity: Freelance / Contract. Work Mode: Remote. Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST. Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred. Key Responsibilities: Handle Tier 1 support tickets and incoming calls from Oracle HCM end users. Provide functional support for Oracle Payroll, HR, Recruiting & Talent modules. Assist users with payslips, tax elections, payroll changes and basic payroll queries. Troubleshoot and resolve basic Oracle HCM functional issues. Provide clear and professional support to end users. Understand and navigate a large Oracle HCM application footprint. Escalate complex issues to the relevant support teams. Maintain excellent customer service and stakeholder communication. Required Skills: 7+ years of overall experience with 6+ years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle Payroll Support. Strong functional understanding of Oracle Payroll. Experience handling support tickets and incoming calls. Knowledge of HR, Recruiting & Talent Management. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
