Falcon Smart IT is hiring an Oracle HCM Payroll Lead Consultant for a remote contract in Mexico. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Mexico Payroll Localization. Requirements: strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll; hands-on experience with Mexico Payroll / Mexico LDG; strong knowledge of ISR, IMSS and INFONAVIT; experience with Fast Formula for earnings, deductions and payroll calculations; experience with CFDI electronic payroll stamping; knowledge of SUA reporting/integration; experience gathering requirements and translating Mexico payroll requirements into Oracle Cloud solutions; experience conducting client workshops and solution design; 1–2 full end-to-end Mexico Payroll implementations/go-lives; Spanish & English bilingual communication skills; Oracle HDL/HSDL experience is a plus; willingness to travel as required.
