What You'll Bring: Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud – US Payroll & Benefits, Expertise in US Payroll configuration/elements/earnings/deductions/costing & payments, Experience with Oracle Benefits – plans/programs/eligibility/rates & enrollment, Strong knowledge of Fast Formulas/integrations/reporting & data conversion, Experience across SIT/UAT & Parallel Payroll Testing, Good understanding of US Payroll processes & statutory requirements.
