We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Analyst with 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud experience. Core Functional Skills: Payroll Configuration: Enterprise and workforce structures, pay frequencies, payment methods, payroll elements, element eligibility, and deductions. Payroll Processing: End-to-end payroll processing, QuickPay, pre-payments, costing, reconciliation, and GL transfers. Balances & Calculations: Balance definitions, balance feeds, YTD balances, retroactive processing. Troubleshooting: Research and resolve payroll processing, configuration, data, and calculation issues. Core Technical Skills: Fast Formulas. HDL / HSDL. OTBI / BI Publisher. HCM Extracts.
