We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Workforce Scheduling Consultant to lead and support implementation, configuration, optimization, and production support activities. Mandatory / Key Skills: Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling. Workforce Time & Labor and Absence Management. Work Patterns, Shifts & Scheduling Groups. Self-Scheduling & Schedule Publishing. Requirements Gathering & Solution Design. Configuration, Testing, UAT & Production Deployment. Quarterly Oracle Release Testing. Troubleshooting complex scheduling scenarios. Global implementation & production support experience. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Design and configure workforce scheduling solutions based on business requirements. Partner with HR, Operations, Payroll & business stakeholders. Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment & post-go-live activities. Optimize scheduling processes for workforce utilization, compliance & employee experience. Provide user training and ongoing production support. Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Workforce Scheduling solutions.
