We’re hiring at Not Just Vanilla! We’re looking for an E-commerce Operations & Customer Experience Executive to join us full-time at our South Delhi office. The role is simple to explain, but important to get right: Own the customer journey from “Order Placed” → “Delivered” → “How was your experience?” We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with: • Managing the complete D2C order lifecycle • NDR management and reducing RTOs • Tracking delayed/stuck orders and resolving them proactively • Handling delivery-related customer escalations • Building post-purchase follow-ups and collecting customer feedback • Using data to identify where the customer experience is breaking Ideally, have 2-4 years of D2C/e-commerce operations experience and are someone who follows an issue through until it is actually solved.
