BASE: $75,000 – $90,000+ (scales as your book grows). COMMISSION: 15% / $1. BENEFITS: Full Health + 401(k). LOCATION: Remote — Texas Based. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Prospect, close, and grow your own book of business; manage shipper relationships from first contact through delivery; source, negotiate, and manage carrier capacity; price and execute freight moves; own the entire customer and shipment lifecycle; build long-term relationships and grow your revenue month over month. WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Proven Cradle-to-Grave freight brokerage experience; existing book of business / shipper relationships; proven ability to hunt, close, and retain customers; strong carrier network and negotiation skills; commercially driven, entrepreneurial mindset.
