Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end investor lifecycle for Category II AIFs. Handle onboarding of HNI/UHNI, NRI & institutional investors. Prepare Contribution Agreements, Deeds & support side letters in line with SEBI requirements. Maintain capital commitment registers, drawdowns, transfers & exits. Coordinate capital calls, inflows & bank reconciliations. Maintain investor capital summaries, including contributions, distributions & NAV. Coordinate with RTA, Custodian, Legal & Compliance teams. Ensure KYC/AML/FATCA & SEBI AIF compliance. Support NAV validation, audits & regulatory reporting. Handle demat validation,
