Looking for a Marketing Data Specialist (Contractor). I'm looking for a talented, technically skilled marketing data specialist to support our team on a contract basis for up to 20 hours per month. The ideal person is a hands-on technical problem-solver who understands how marketing data flows between systems, can identify and resolve tracking and attribution issues, and most importantly, can take a data challenge from concept through implementation. This isn't just a reporting, strategy or data architecture role. We need someone who can design, build, implement, troubleshoot and optimize the technical infrastructure that powers our marketing data and analytics. Required Experience (3+ years of hands-on experience with): Google Tag Manager (GTM); Google Ads; BigQuery; Meta Ads; Microsoft Ads; data architecture and integrations; Power BI; comfortable working within HubSpot or similar CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics experience is preferred; CallRail experience is a bonus.
