What the role covers

Assist Learning Partners in preparing, conducting, and evaluating training programs, including logistical and administrative support. Support the onboarding process for training vendors and ensure compliance with company requirements. Analyze training evaluation results to measure training effectiveness. Track training budgets and expenses and ensure accurate reporting against allocated budgets.
