IMMEDIATE Hiring (1 position): Junior Bookkeeper & Company Secretary | MALAYSIAN ONLY. Are you experienced in both accounting and company secretarial work? We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our professional accounting firm in Jalan Ampang, KL. What You Will Do: Manage full-set accounts, bookkeeping, and management account preparation (Knowledge on cloud solution like Autocount, Quickbook and XERO is required). Prepare resolutions, statutory documents, and SSM submissions. Maintain statutory records and company files. Liaise with clients, SSM, auditors, and relevant authorities. Ensure compliance across all secretarial and financial documentation. Who We Are Looking For: Minimum Degree/Diploma or equivalent qualification. At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounting as a bookkeeper and Company Secretarial. Familiar with SSM systems (CRS, MYDATA & MBRS) - added advantage. Experience with cloud solution like Autocount, Quickbook and XERO - Required.
