What the role covers

A reputed Hospitality brand is looking for a dynamic & result oriented HR Talent Acquisition professional responsible for managing end to end recruitment for hotels, restaurants, resorts & hospitality operations while hiring quality talent. Location: Jui Nagar, New Mumbai. Salary: Upto 15 LPA (Not a bar for the right candidate). Qualification, Skills & Experience: A Degree in HR, Business Management, Hotel Management or relevant discipline. MBA / PGDM in HR preferred. Min 5 yrs of Talent Acquisition experience exclusively in the hospitality industry (Hotels, Resorts, Restaurants & Hospitality Chains). Experience in volume hiring & lateral recruitment. Strong understanding of hospitality job roles & industry hiring practices. Experience using ATS & recruitment portals.
