Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end payroll processing; ensure compliance with PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus and other statutory requirements; handle monthly/annual statutory returns and filings; manage labour law compliance and statutory audits; coordinate with government authorities and external agencies; maintain accurate employee and payroll records; handle compliance documentation, inspections and audits; stay updated with changes in labour laws and statutory regulations. Candidate profile: 10–16 years of relevant HR experience; strong hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance; good knowledge of applicable labour laws and regulations; experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment preferred; strong communication and documentation skills.
