Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day HR operations & employee records. Mediclaim data for new joiners. HRMS, SAP, attendance, leave & employee master data. Monthly payroll inputs, deductions, OT, attendance & leave. HR MIS & reporting. Onboarding, documentation & exit/F&F formalities. Required Skills: Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables & MIS. Working knowledge of SAP & HRMS. Payroll & attendance management. Location: Noida, Sector 144. Experience: 3-5 Years. Salary: ₹35,000-₹38,000 In-Hand.
