Asas Global is looking for a qualified and experienced HR & Payroll Specialist to join its HR team in Babil. Key responsibilities: manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accuracy; maintain employee records and HR databases; manage attendance, leaves, deductions and overtime; prepare payroll reports and related HR documentation; support recruitment, onboarding and employee-related processes; ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures; handle employee inquiries related to payroll and HR matters. Requirements: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; 3–5 years of relevant HR & Payroll experience; strong knowledge of payroll processes and HR operations; excellent Excel skills; experience with HR systems is preferred; good English communication skills; strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
