We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to join our growing team. Position: HR Operations Executive. Industry: NBFC / Financial Services. Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram. Experience: 2-5 Years. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRMS - HROne, Keka, Darwinbox. Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits. Handle statutory compliance documentation including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and Labour Law requirements. Generate HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle Management. Experience with HRMS platforms such as HROne, Keka, Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleStrong. Understanding of Payroll, Attendance, Leave, and Statutory Compliance. Advanced Microsoft Excel and HR Reporting skills.
