Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / MBA in HR or a related field. Joining: Immediate joiners required. Responsibilities: ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations; manage visa processing, work permits and immigration procedures in coordination with PROs and government authorities; handle MOHRE requirements and relevant government portals; maintain employee records, HR documentation and statutory reports; support employee relations and disciplinary matters; ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures. Requirements: minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in construction; strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and MOHRE procedures; hands-on experience in visa and work permit processing; good communication, coordination and organisational skills; proficiency in MS Office and HRMS.
