PHARAONIA Pharmaceuticals is looking for HR Generalists for its Egypt location (Borg El Arab, Alexandria). Responsibilities: partner with business leaders and employees to address workforce needs, resolve employee concerns and ensure effective implementation of HR initiatives and programs; drive workforce planning and organisational effectiveness by managing headcount, organisational structures, vacancies and manpower data; manage performance and talent development processes including performance reviews, goal tracking, succession planning, talent reviews and capability-building initiatives; enhance employee relations, engagement and culture through HR guidance, case management, engagement activities and initiatives that improve the employee experience; provide HR analytics and cross-functional support by delivering workforce insights, maintaining HR dashboards, collaborating with stakeholders, coordinating HR programs and projects, and ensuring consistent execution of policies, audits, process improvements and digital transformation initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HR Operations or HR Business Partner support role; solid understanding of HR practices, employee relations, performance management and talent management; strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS systems; excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment; strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
